**Job Description:**
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and using this information to make recommendations for process improvements. You will work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that our processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
* Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
* Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
* Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team.
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
* Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
* May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx, is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
* Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data.
* Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
