Key Responsibilities - Support and service a wide range of personal lines accounts, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective solutions to their insurance needs. - Respond to client calls, emails, and mail, providing polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. - Quote and rate new clients, account renewals, and cross-sales opportunities, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase customer satisfaction. - Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on policy changes, updates, and coverage questions, ensuring that they are fully informed and empowered to make informed decisions. - Utilize Applied EPIC and Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software to manage client accounts, track policy changes, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. Education and Experience Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - Property and Casualty license required, with a minimum of 3 years of personal lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency. - Experience using Applied EPIC is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience with the system. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software is essential, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. - High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (such as business, insurance, or communications) preferred.
