**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
* Collaborating with a team of customer service professionals to achieve exceptional customer experiences
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry skills
* Excellent verbal and listening skills

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus

**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:
* An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
* No satellite internet
* The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with an Ethernet port)
**Shift and Schedule**
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST). 2nd shift differential pay will be provided for EST. During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

**Pay Range**
The pay range for this position is $15.25-$16.00 per hour or state/local minimum wage, if higher.
