What You'll Do
- Collaborate with local HR and Specialty units in our global locations to provide health and wellness benefits to our colleagues.
- Oversee global consulting and intermediary activities supporting global benefits.
- Assess the effectiveness of vendor services, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the implementation of critical initiatives.
- Direct merchant compliance and ensure all service administrative requirements are managed within the contract strategies and procedures.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for our global colleagues.
All You'll Need for Success
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.
- Two years of experience in independently gathering and analyzing data to identify trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of health and wellness industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Related experience with global benefits plans, including deliberate projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of broad benefits, including both self-funded and fully insured benefit plans, experience with voluntary and wellness programs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, logical and technical skills to analyze data and control data as part of plan analysis.
- Ability to independently create presentations suitable for senior-level review for proposed global benefits programs.
