**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to identify opportunities for growth, develop new metrics and KPIs, and provide expert analysis to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
* Collaborate with our content team to develop and refine our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
* Provide expert analysis and support to partners to drive business outcomes
* Communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
* Experience with statistical analysis and AI procedures (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.)
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
