**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician with exceptional customer service skills to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. **Key Responsibilities**
• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Clarify orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
**Requirements**
• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience in frameworks and ECM knowledge a plus.
• Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with data entry software and systems.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
