**System Summary**
We are seeking a highly energetic and solution-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, ensuring that our systems are running smoothly, and contributing to the success of our organization. Your role will involve:
* Running unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities
* Planning and running A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
* Proactively monitoring our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve them
* Assembling new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive
* Working closely and building effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners
* Conveying key insights and suggestions to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization
**What You'll Need**
* Investigation or Information Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a plus
* In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.)
* In-depth experience with Python and Python tools (Jupyter notebook, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
* Experience with trial planning (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business decisions, highly preferred
* Experience and knowledge using AI algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude, highly cooperative demeanor
* Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners
* Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong business acumen, scientific skills, and technical abilities alongside critical thinking skills
