- Handling a high volume of contacts, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment
- Meeting our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support productivity metrics, and other duties as assigned
- Professionally connecting with customers, building relationships, and addressing concerns via inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Listening effectively and showing empathy to understand customer concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution
- De-escalating customer concerns using peace promotion skills, aligning the needs of the customer with the options from the business while remaining calm and composed
- Issue tackling and problem-solving, thinking critically to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
- Being educated and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions
- Elevating foundational issues, identifying areas for improvement, and offering insights to leadership to continuously enhance the customer experience
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages
- Familiarity with working in Windows Operating Systems or similar
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- A passion for helping others, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple contacts and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find solutions
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree or higher
