**Role Overview**
Could you be our next Customer Retention Representative? arenaflex is looking for an experienced Customer Retention Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of the Company. You’ll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team. Representatives play a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are provided assistance in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance.
**What You Will Do**
As a Customer Retention Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, as well as other policy information. You will answer questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately document the information on the appropriate database.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and policy maintenance.
**What You Can Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
* **Customer Service Experience**: You will need to have previous experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry.
* **Excellent Oral and Written Communication**: You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and document policy information.
* **Superior Customer Service Skills**: You will need to have a friendly, efficient, and good listening style to provide exceptional customer service.
* **Proficient Use of Computer and Microsoft Excel**: You will need to be proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Excel to accurately document customer interactions and policy information.
* **Ability to Work Under Pressure and Multi-Task**: You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to handle multiple customer calls and policy information.
* **Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills**: You will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize customer calls and policy information.
* **Detail-Oriented with Ability to Analyze Information**: You will need to be detail-oriented and able to analyze information to accurately document customer interactions and policy information.
* **Desire to Learn and Grow**: You will need to have a desire to learn and grow within the Company and be willing to take on additional responsibilities.
