About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Online Research Participants and Customer Service Representatives. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to participate in online or in-person focus groups, sharing your thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. Your feedback will help shape the development of new products and services, and you will be rewarded with competitive compensation and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time, ensuring that you are prepared and ready to participate
- Participate fully in written and oral instructions, providing thoughtful and honest feedback
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel, sharing your opinions and experiences
- Use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss your thoughts and opinions prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
