**Key Responsibilities**
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
* Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision to achieve your goals
* Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that you're available to support our clients when they need you most
* Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard, demonstrating your ability to think critically and act with integrity
* Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor even in challenging situations
* Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2 years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* A designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring that you have a dedicated workspace and reliable connectivity
* Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
* A Property and Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
