Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, utilizing Workday HCM to drive data integrity and compliance.

- Research and implement new tools and techniques to simplify, optimize, and automate work processes across the Talent organization, driving efficiency and productivity.

- Assist with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management.
- Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
- A strong interest in process improvement and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues using rigorous logic and methodologies.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required.
- Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.
