As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond.
**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet connection requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
* ISP with no packet loss and Ping under 30MS
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
