You'll collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their unique requirements. If you're a sales professional with a strong track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Solutions Architects and other Subject Matter Experts to share market insights and bring the latest trends to the sales process and product solutions * Achieve individual sales quota for the fiscal year by setting and executing the sales strategy for assigned deals, developing Sales Win and Deal close strategy * Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making, qualify, document, and update opportunity and pursuit strategy throughout the sales process * Collect and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into the sales client planning process * Coordinate and participate with internal departments in the selling process to identify opportunities * Participate in account planning with SAEs/CSLs and CDS Sales Executives, looking for new ways to expand or develop relationships leading to new opportunities * Identify the customer's need and the most suitable strategic value propositions, identify potential product solutions, service fits, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models for identified target markets * Manage overlays involved in the demo stage, i.e., Value Engineer & Solutions Architects, finalize solutions scope, and run the contracting process from a scope and solution point of view * Provide input on pricing decisions, striving to sell at the highest possible profit margin * Maximize the use of sanctioned tools, including but not limited to Salesforce.com **Requirements** * Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities, selling value over price by providing deep insight into how the service will impact the business * Recognize opportunities to help with growth and expansion while demonstrating great analytical and problem-solving skills * Understand the various components of Workday technology, have a broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutions * Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level * Understand how to manage multiple, complex sales processes simultaneously, impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions * Be able to identify and target potential clients on the West Coast * 5+ years of direct selling experience, demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in Cloud solutions * Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees * Experience with Workday deployment and optimization sales * Possess a higher level of education or equivalent experience **Flexible Working** At arenaflex, we believe in providing a healthy work-life balance.
