**Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
* Application Data Entry
* Online chat inquiries as assigned
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
* Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
* Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Moderate to Advanced computer skills
* High level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working from home

**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also a plus.

**Work Environment:**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll need a dedicated, private, and secure workspace, as well as a personal device with a functioning camera for the training period. You'll also need a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required.
