**Job Summary**
As a Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our products, driving business growth, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* 40% Strategy & Planning:
+ Develop and execute product strategies that align with arenaflex's business goals and customer needs
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
+ Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
+ Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
+ Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication of product plans
* 30% Delivery & Execution:
+ Lead the development of products from concept to launch
+ Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
+ Work with business partners to ensure that products meet business objectives
+ Conduct product testing and validation to ensure quality and usability
+ Identify and prioritize product issues and defects
* 30% People:
+ Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
+ Develop and implement training programs to improve product management skills

**Essential Qualifications**
* 6-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs
* Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Experience with product management tools and technologies, including Jira, Asana, and Google Analytics
