You'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve our quality control division. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and build a strong foundation for your future career. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst intern, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with care and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present them in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting measurements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase) a plus. * Ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide suggestions using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications a plus. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework a plus. * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment. * Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field a plus. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As an intern at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $28/hour * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel) * Access to the latest hardware and software tools, including a PC, for the internship * Opportunities to work on real-world projects and contribute to the development of our quality control processes * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development * A chance to network with experienced professionals and build relationships that can last a lifetime **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting internship opportunity.
