**Job Overview**
As a Full Stack Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

**What We're Looking For**
* **Must reside in Florida**
* **Must be at least 18 years old**
* **High school diploma or GED equivalent required**
* **Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience**
* **Must have open availability during operating hours**

**Home Setup Requirements**
* **Provided Equipment**: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
* **Internet Requirements**: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages
* **Work Environment**: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production
* **Device Requirements**: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
