We believe in empowering our employees to grow and develop their skills, and we offer a range of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through proactive sales development calls. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to resolve complex customer issues, upsell and cross-sell products, and achieve sales targets. This is a full-time position that requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a portfolio of customers, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive sales development calls * Select and provide appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets * Engage with customers in a sales activity-driven role, including resolving complex or unusual requests and problems * Participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team, including outside sales activities * Work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role * Communicate with internal and external customers through various channels on order/delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues * Process EDI, emailed, faxed, phoned, and written sales orders * Process daily receiving, archives POD paperwork, and assorted data entry * Make proactive outside sales phone calls to prospective customers * Complete National Account disputes within an approved time frame * Review any order problems or issues with the appropriate department(s) and help to find a suitable resolution * Provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to each inquiry;
