**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media investigation capability to surface data-driven insights for our leadership team. You'll work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize our paid media spend and develop detailed analyses to inform decision-making. You'll also play a critical role in supporting key navigation by creating and disseminating tailored analyses that illuminate our paid media process.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing detailed analyses and insights in the area of paid media
* Planning and building/leading the development of examination, BI, and data science projects aimed at improving visible paid media and enhancing advertising efficiencies
* Working with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on executing media blend models
* Directing ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by smart interpretation of results and the plan and communication of suggestions that drive action
* Collaborating with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
* Influencing Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Success, and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and Adhoc reports
* Examining data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis
* Collaborating with partners to leverage data (internal data from Discernible and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights
* Conceptualizing and running investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and enhance our value proposition
**Essential Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field
* High-level SQL experience
* High-level involvement in at least one industry analysis and measurement perception tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI)
* Master in Success with a demonstrated history
* Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, mathematics, or other related field
**Preferred Capabilities**

* You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals
* You have a passion for numbers, data, and metrics, but also for conveying significant analysis of high quality
* Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines
* Fantastic communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively
* Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations
* Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches
* Programming languages: knowledge of Python
* Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
* Knowledge of Adobe Analysis
