**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business success through data analysis and insights. You'll work closely with our IT and business teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be essential in helping us prioritize features and develop client stories that are ready for development.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Conduct complex and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives of allocated items
• Work with Item Administrators and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on business value
• Develop and create initial stories/includes and elaborate into client scenarios that clearly portray functional and non-functional requirements
• Communicate business needs through artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria based on client stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, connection charts, mockups/demos, etc.
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team within a Scrum structure
• Lead work meetings and report new features, requirements, and techniques
• Oversee testing, bug tracking, and upgrades while ensuring issues are resolved before elevating to production conditions
• Ability to work on multiple projects and balance continually evolving needs
• Use data and analysis to drive decision-making and inform process-driven solutions
• Develop business rationale and key metrics for integration into decision-support models and tools
• Build issue explanations including issue description and improvement measures
• Drill down past the issue surface to understand root cause
• Convey suggestions and supporting data to determine strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons
• Provide guidance to project planning and effort assessment within scope
• Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches
• Ability to collaborate with, as well as create and maintain internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders

**What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**
• 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum philosophy; ability to apply relevant Agile methodologies in the cycles of software development and delivery
• Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production
• Knowledge of tools, strategies, and procedures of requirement analysis; ability to evoke, analyze, and record expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Should have excellent preparation and organizational skills, solid verbal, written communication, and assistance skills
• Should perform adequately in current position
• Regularly focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data
**What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications)**
• Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC development approaches
• DevOps experience including the use of point-of-business Agile planning tools like Agility.Al or similar
• Past experience as an item owner including ownership for its development and execution
• Ability to adapt and anticipate changing business goals
• Airline business experience, as well as business process re-designing and extensive experience working with Agile teams, is attractive
