**The Job**
We're looking for an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Studio Data Management team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our studio data, ensuring that it's accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You'll work closely with our product teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, while also driving improvements in data quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices across the studio
* Collaborate with product teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Manage and maintain the integrity of studio data, ensuring that it's accurate, complete, and up-to-date
* Develop and execute processes to efficiently scale data quality work
* Lead data quality initiatives to improve fundamental data quality and support product development
* Manage partner requests and drive partner onboarding when required
* Serve as a resource for answering client data-related support requests
* Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement more effective processes, best practices, and educational documentation
**Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience working in data management with datasets and/or happy administration frameworks
* Strong analytical skills and ability to combine data across a wide ecosystem to analyze issues and devise solutions
* Strong understanding of work process and ability to identify shortcomings
* General understanding of the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content
* Knowledge of data lifecycle and data administration concepts
* Excellent time management and project management skills and ability to manage timelines for multiple projects
* Strong ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences
* Adaptable in an evolving climate
* Proficiency with Google Suite and table-based applications (e.g. Excel, Airtable)
* Added skills:
+ Experience with SQL
+ Experience working with product, design, and customer service teams
+ Experience in legal tasks or studio activities
+ Experience working at a studio, distributor, film sales, production company, office, management firm, or other entertainment activity
