**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs
* Develop and maintain arenaflex's web and cloud applications, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis
* Work closely with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
* Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data security and compliance measures
* Develop and maintain documentation and technical guides to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on web and cloud application development
* Strong experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development
* Experience with AWS innovations such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM jobs and authorizations
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance measures
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with non-relational databases and data stores (object storage, report or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
