**Job Summary:**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing software applications that process, store, and serve data for use by others. You will work closely with data scientists to design, improve, and deploy data solutions that meet the company's priorities. Your expertise will be essential in building scalable, repeatable, and secure data pipelines that drive business insights and address reporting needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop software applications that process, store, and serve data for use by others
* Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data that enables insights and addresses reporting needs
* Write ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) scripts, design database systems, and develop tools for real-time and offline analytic processing
* Develop data pipelines that are scalable, repeatable, and secure
* Troubleshoot software applications and scripts for data consistency and integrity
* Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring that they adhere to data standards and accessibility requirements
* Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur
* Interact with internal and external stakeholders and/or managers to communicate semi-complex data-related information related to assigned activities

**Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
* At least 2 years of experience in data engineering
* Advanced knowledge of SQL
* Experience working with internal (colleagues, company partners, and leadership) and external (company network, clients, and vendors) stakeholders in a matrix organization to ensure data standards and accessibility requirements
* Experience reading and reporting data in a clear and concise manner to understand issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of outcomes and find solutions
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Graduate degree in a technical discipline
* Experience with REST API development
* Experience with Azure software deployment
* Experience in Azure technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks using Python or Scala, App Services, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Event Grids, and Logic App
* Experience in building Azure DevOps pipelines to enable CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaaS), and automation
