**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Work Process Frameworks team as a Work Process Frameworks Examiner. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving process improvement and efficiency across our organization. Your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement will enable you to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work Process Frameworks Examiner, you'll be responsible for:
* **Process Analysis:** Investigate and report on work processes and processes to identify areas for improvement
* **Data Analysis:** Work with data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform process improvements
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and communicate results to stakeholders
* **Dashboard Development:** Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to visualize data and track progress
* **Process Improvement:** Research and develop recommendations for process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes
* **Communication:** Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and facilitate feedback and input
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or technical project management
* **Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality management
+ Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
+ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
+ Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Advanced Degree:** Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* **Certifications:** Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
* **Programming Skills:** Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
* **DevOps Experience:** Knowledge of DevOps metrics and LEAN software delivery principles
