**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Preparation and Conveyance Activities team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform our business decisions. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
* Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
* Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
* Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve measurement-based issues
* Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
* Work with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans
* Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
* Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader crowds
* Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field-Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering
* Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
* Understanding of social data set plan and capability
* Strong math and analytical skills
* You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
* Successful collaboration and time management skills
* You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
* You have astounding written and oral communication skills
* A showed capacity to work with designing delivery groups to examine specialized ideas
* Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a technical field
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
* Strong knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques
