**Key Responsibilities**
* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making

* Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
* Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
* Apply statistical and inferential techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, etc.) to understand partner behavior/value and drive impact across the business
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
* 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale
* Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
* Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior management
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a scientific field
* Shown data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
* Knowledge of marketing landing pages, sign-up pipe, and trade spaces
* Ability to identify and effectively address issues to leadership
* Counseling foundation, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
