**Key Responsibilities**
* Support financial products and services, including identifying opportunities to enhance customer support experience and providing solutions to complex problems
* Perform complex customer service tasks, including receiving guidance from customer support managers and resolving non-recurring questions
* Interact with customer support teams on complex customer issues, providing education on regulations and procedures, and offering guidance to less experienced individuals
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Utilize multiple PC systems, applications, and search tools to find information and troubleshoot common computer problems
* Provide strong customer support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
* Demonstrate a customer service focus, responding to requests in a timely manner
* Follow regulations, procedures, and laws, while maintaining strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability, with a strong interest in detail and accuracy
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent confirmed by one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, or education
* Ability to listen and elicit information
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to navigate multiple PC systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
* Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
* Knowledge and experience of international and domestic wire transfers processing
* Knowledge and experience of financial services or call center environment
* Strong interest in detail and accuracy skills
* Ability to provide strong customer support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
