**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, customers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior-level staff as needed
* Process new patient enrollments, enter data into our pharmacy systems, and manage patient medication requests
* Research and resolve missing information, unravel clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle data entry-related exclusions
* Handle correspondence to patients, make outbound calls to prescribers and patients, and resolve Outcast Weirdos
* Provide assistance to Medication subject matter experts, both in-house and remotely
* Obtain and maintain a dynamic expert license or certification within the first 90 days of employment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year certification preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Basic web browser skills, including opening programs, creating URLs, using search engines, bookmarking sites, and completing online forms
* Moderate level of keyboarding skills, with the ability to type at least 25 WPM and compose documents by memory
* Ability to give written and verbal instructions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction
* Advanced level of keyboarding skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM and compose documents by memory
* Knowledge of Spanish and English
