**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll be the voice of blithequark, delivering personalized, empathetic, and effective solutions to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, from billing and technical issues to sales and product information. Your expertise will help resolve complex customer concerns, drive sales growth, and foster loyalty and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing timely and effective resolutions to complex issues
* Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, including voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and collections, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products, services, rate plans, feature bundles, and offers to provide best solution options and resolve customer issues
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology, products, and services
* Work collaboratively with management and peers to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
**What You'll Need**
* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills and proficiency in using computer software and systems
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
* Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Occasional overtime may be required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Call center experience
* Advanced knowledge of blithequark's products and services
* Experience with sales and sales-related activities
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
