We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they're equipped to provide exceptional customer support.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
* The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
* Comfort and proficiency using computers, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Experience working in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
