**What We're Looking For**
* **Location**: Must reside in Kansas (Remote).
* **Age**: Must be at least 18 years old.
* **Education**: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
* **Experience**: 1 year of relevant work experience.
* **Availability**: Open availability during operating hours is essential.
* **Customer Service Aptitude**: Strong skills in delivering exceptional service.
* **Reliability**: Consistent dependability and responsibility.

**Home Setup Requirements**
* **Provided Equipment**: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment.
* **Internet Requirements**: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required. No wireless or 5G internet packages can be used.
* **Work Environment**: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
* **Device Requirements**: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
