**Job Description:**
We're looking for a seasoned customer service professional to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex technical issues, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Client Relationship Management:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Create and execute client engagement plans to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address client needs and pain points.
* **Technical Expertise:**
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft solutions and cloud applications, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
+ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert-level support to clients.
+ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* **Business Development:**
+ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to drive business growth.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategic partnerships with key clients.
+ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
+ Experience with cloud-based applications, including AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
+ Strong understanding of technical concepts, including networking, security, and data analytics.
* **Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Experience:** 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based applications, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
* **Certifications:** Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
