**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance through our platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique circumstances. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
* Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance on health insurance options
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless processing and enrollment
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide informed support
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Familiarity with health insurance and the Affordable Care Act a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish bilingual a plus
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of health insurance and the Affordable Care Act
