**Job Summary**
As a FINRA (6/63 or 7/63) Registered Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized and remarkable experiences for our clients through exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our financial representatives and clients to resolve inquiries and transactions, provide servicing options, and help them navigate our products and services. Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex problems, de-escalating client experience situations, and fostering a professional relationship with our clients to enhance brand loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients through phone and transactional responsibilities, adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards
* Resolve inquiries and transactions from financial representatives and clients on basic and intermediate (semi-complex) level calls and transactions in a registered area
* Research and evaluate possible solutions to complex problems, identifying root causes and deviations from procedures
* Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to avoid repeat calls and unnecessary call transfers
* De-escalate client experience situations effectively, guiding clients through complex and unique inquiries
* Serve as a trusted advocate for our financial representatives and partners with them to meet the needs of our clients
* Embrace new technology and serve as an advocate for website and self-service capabilities by educating clients and field
* Understand risks and impacts that transactions have on clients or policies
* Understand how systems connect to processes and outcomes
* Drive change and embrace continuous improvement by creating processes and provisions to accommodate change
* Foster a professional relationship with our clients to enhance brand loyalty
**Qualifications**
* Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience with proven customer service skills
* Advanced understanding of Investment or Income markets or products (i.e. VA, VL, VUL Retirement or Business markets)
* Basic understanding of tax implications
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls/case load with the greatest possible degree of accuracy
* Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong desire to continuously learn and improve
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide options
* Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with current software packages
