**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. Your expertise will be leveraged to:
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including but not limited to:
+ Resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and refunds
+ Addressing guest concerns and providing solutions
+ Providing information on arenaflex's services and policies
* Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
* Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling arenaflex's services
* Manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
* Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations

* **Flexible Schedule:** 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:** Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* **Strong Multitasking Abilities:** Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* **Driven by Solving Problems and Meeting Goals:** Proven track record of meeting sales targets and resolving customer issues
* **Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools:** Experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity software
* **Experience in Customer Service and Sales:** Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales and upselling
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent:** Minimum educational requirement
