**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in process, and assisting with baggage check-in and boarding
* Ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation and making gate announcements as needed
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
* Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations
**Scheduling and Work Environment**
Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with varying flight schedules. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority. Our airport operations team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

* Proficiency in English

* Pass a Customer Service Assessment
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
