**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to card members through inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
* Recommending products and services that meet the client's requirements and goals
* Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and handling objections
* Addressing general and specific client requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating client account data as necessary
* Using technology and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs
* Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including client satisfaction ratings, sales rates, quality targets, consistency guidelines, and efficiency targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment
* Proven track record of building client relationships through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Integrity in handling sensitive card member data and complying with all regulatory and compliance rules related to sales and service practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting communication style to meet the needs of diverse clients and situations
* Commitment to executing feedback as a means to achieve individual and team performance objectives
* Technical skills to perform multitasking and navigate through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy

* Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $21.65 per hour, plus incentives and benefits
