Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from business people and leaders, understanding their needs and recommending the right blithequark products and services
- Provide detailed information about blithequark products and services, highlighting features, benefits, and other relevant details
- Continuously develop key sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, managing objections, and closing deals
- Deliver exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a timely and efficient manner
- Record critical account information according to established procedures and guidelines
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales practices
Essential Qualifications:
- At least two years of customer care experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities in a virtual setting
- Experience working in a virtual environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; guidance benefits available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with sales and customer service software, including CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
