**Job Summary**
In this role, you will lead a team of collaborative marketing innovation specialists (Business Frameworks Experts) responsible for delivering and maintaining high-value solutions for Marketing within enterprise applications like Salesforce Advertising Cloud, Braze, and Pardot. You will be responsible for architecting and communicating the vision and guide for arenaflex marketing's project applications, ensuring arenaflex is maximizing these tools. Through collaboration with Product, Design, and Marketing leaders, this role will be responsible for delivering solutions enabling arenaflex Marketing to execute their vision, including cross-channel campaigns, basic data experiences, in highly effective frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and communicate a vision and strategy guide for arenaflex marketing's project application stack.
* Build strong relationships with technical and Marketing teams to share ideas, understand objectives, and advocate for the right approach and timing to achieve those objectives.
* Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to execute against a common plan with a shared goal of empowering Marketing.
* Focus the team's efforts on the most effective areas in line with company objectives and frameworks best practice.
* Lead, inspire, and develop the team, providing guidance and expertise to their processes and project strategy.
* Establish a collaborative work environment that cultivates transparency, growth, and learning, while maintaining a high standard of results.

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Critical experience creating marketing innovation solutions, managing projects, and full execution lifecycle for delivery of frameworks.
* Several years of individuals management experience.
* Experience with B2B and B2C marketing applications, including Salesforce Advertising Cloud and Braze.
* The ability to think frameworks and cycles as an essential differentiator.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Experience with cloud-based marketing applications, including Pardot.
* Certification in marketing innovation or a related field.
* Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics.
