**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Automation Engineer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. As a Work From Home Full Stack Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting automation scripts, Jenkins Pipelines, and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning. Your expertise in Windows Server administration, PowerShell, GitHub, and open source technologies will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Terraform, and other open source technologies
* Support Jenkins Pipelines and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
* Collaborate with the Web Systems Engineering team to design and implement automation solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues
* Develop and maintain documentation for automation scripts and processes
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of automation scripts
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and open source technologies
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5 years of experience in system engineering with Windows Server administration
* Strong knowledge of PowerShell and GitHub
* Experience with public cloud automation (Azure/GCP)
* 4 years of experience writing scripts with open source technologies (Ansible/Terraform preferred)
* Proven track record of supporting Automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
* Ability to show examples of script development via GitHub or work sample
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Windows Server 2012 and later versions
* Knowledge of Azure and GCP cloud platforms
* Experience with Terraform and other open source infrastructure as code tools
* Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
