We focus on the entire customer journey, from sign-up to personalized content recommendations on multiple devices. **The Revelation Group**
The Revelation Group is a sub-group within the CEX team that specializes in changing content discovery. We aim to provide customers with an instinctive and personalized experience, empowering them to explore and enhance their preferences. Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, architects, and product managers, we improve calculations and recommendation frameworks. By analyzing customer preferences and behaviors, we deliver vivid content discovery experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Architect – Customer Experience Design, you will:
* Act as a technical architect for teams within the Revelation contract, ensuring the quality of engineering and design of frameworks
* Break down complex issues into simple, straightforward solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
* Develop technical guides, shape future directions, and orchestrate technological advancements
* Analyze and improve data quality and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
* Understand and navigate framework interdependencies and constraints, making informed design decisions
* Apply technical influence over 50+ colleagues, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness by sharing your expertise and experience
* Coach junior designers on cutting-edge technical matters, promoting professional growth and development
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 4+ years of experience building large-scale mobile frameworks
* Strong foundation with hands-on experience as a Senior Software Development Engineer
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and the ability to pick the right technology based on requirements
* Familiarity with datastores (SQL, NoSQL) and the ability to choose the right technology based on needs
* Strong knowledge of data designs, calculations, and planning for execution
* Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to provide technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML technologies
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, imaginative environment, achieving stretch objectives
* Sound business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others, and strong analytical reasoning skills
* Experience in tutoring junior designers to progress
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**
While not required, the following qualifications and experience will be highly valued:
* Tech/B.E/Bosses or a similar degree from a reputable university
* At least 13 years of professional experience as a backend/full stack engineer with hands-on experience building highly scalable and performant distributed systems
* Any experience with ML, data science, or search in B2C (e-commerce, OTT) is a plus
