Key Responsibilities
- Enter data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required.
- Work independently with attention to detail, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
- Utilize excellent comparison skills to review and key on-screen data.
- Operate in a fast-paced production environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience entering data into a computer system.
- Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Proficiency in utilizing computer programs and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software (such as IBM Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), Kofax Capture, OnBase, etc.).
