**Your Role as an Email and Chat Support Agent**
As an email and chat support agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using our browser dashboard
- Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications
- Following response templates and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members for further assistance
- Logging ticket summaries and applying relevant tags to workflow
- Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message

**Pay and Scheduling Information**

- Eligible for raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts and successful QA reviews
- Use our self-scheduling dashboard to select weekly shift blocks
- Available hours include mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends
- Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week

- 2 hours of video onboarding
- Practice with simulated tickets and chat sessions
