**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our geospatial data. You'll work closely with our GIS team to design, develop, and implement data management solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter and manage geospatial data into our GIS database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
* Develop and maintain data management systems, including data validation, quality control, and data visualization
* Collaborate with the GIS team to design and implement data management solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to data-related queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, metadata, and user guides
* Participate in data quality assurance and control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve data management processes and systems
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Geography, Earth Science, Data Science, or a related field
* 2 years of relevant work experience in GIS, data management, or a related field
* Proficiency with Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
* Proficiency in creating, editing, managing, and publishing GIS feature data, both in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud
* Proficiency in cartographic design
* Working knowledge of geospatial analysis methods and ESRI GIS applications development
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher
* Working knowledge of Arcade and/or JavaScript programming for GIS applications and API's integration
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
