**The Role**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping us successfully service our clients by achieving a high level of data accuracy and production. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
* Identifying document types based on provided documentation
* Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements
* Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
* Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
* Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
* Working until all tasks are completed for the day
* Performing other basic office duties as assigned
**What We Require of You**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Ability to type 50 words per minute and have a 10-key experience
* Ideal candidate will have data entry skills
* Strong organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail
* Results-driven and able to work independently
* Proven ability to analyze information
* Solid decision-making skills
**Hourly Pay and Available Schedule**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. We offer part-time and full-time openings, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Available shifts vary between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
