**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist - Pricing and Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pricing operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include researching competitor pricing and products, analyzing and updating price sheets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and ensuring product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards. You'll also be responsible for communicating clearly and professionally with remote teams and customers via phone and email.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research competitor pricing and products via websites and direct outreach
* Analyze and update price sheets, filtering out outdated or discontinued items
* Maintain accurate records in internal systems (including warehouse systems)
* Download and manage data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs required)
* Ensure product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards
* Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with remote teams and customers
* Support general administrative tasks related to pricing operations
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs required)
* Comfortable navigating websites and handling data downloads
* Proven administrative background
* Confident and professional communicator by phone and email
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond professionally to challenging inquiries
