The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and achieve common goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is a definite plus. You will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail, a desire to be a team player, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office are also essential requirements.
