**Position Overview**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver high-quality products and services. You'll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in our processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and ensuring the adoption of new tools and technologies. Your expertise will help us streamline our workflows, enhance team performance, and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify areas for improvement in our development process across multiple disciplines
* Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer
* Assist in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies
* Build and guide custom asset pipelines
* Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
* Work with custom standalone gear and contribute to the development of tools that can be utilized by multiple disciplines
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
* Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
* Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
* Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
* Familiarity with custom game engines, Unreal, and Unity
* Experience with custom asset pipelines and proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with custom game engines and Unreal or Unity
* JavaScript and Net Tech expertise
* Familiarity with required utility materials
