- Handling numerical data accurately, creating spreadsheets, and organizing large datasets with ease
- Curating data directly from speech or interviews, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available, maintaining data freshness and relevance
- Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Typing data directly and accurately, with a strong focus on attention to detail and minimal errors
- Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly, maintaining confidentiality and security
- Summarizing data for standardized reports, providing insights and trends to support business decisions
- Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information, protecting their identities and maintaining confidentiality
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring accuracy and validity
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
